Dirty, noisy, never saw housekeeping for 6 days. Called for new towels told "come down and get them" Bathroom vent fan so noisy even neighbors could hear it. Big red stain on carpet. Just flat out dirty, disgusting stay for $1100

When entering our room I thought it was going to be decent, but then I went into the bathroom and there were cobwebs around the sprinkler head, there was gunk in the tub, and it just didn’t have that “clean” feeling for paying $225 to sleep there. The parking lot was covered in random water puddles which made it a challenge to get out of vehicle with our luggage. (Unfortunately there wasn’t spaces available when parking that were away from the water). There is only one entrance in (through the front door) the stove was completely dirty, the fridge wasn’t working correctly. Our food had spoiled that we had purchased. Pretty bumming for paying $225!! As thankful as I was to have a bed to sleep in (it was pretty hard) I won’t be back. “Breakfast” is a granola bar or a pre wrapped muffin

Hotel seemed clean until i got to my room. 2 nights and the bathroom stenched of urine although it looked cleaned. First night heard yelling inside ans outside hotel all night. Second night was a bit quieter until the staff decided to move shelfes and band on my wall that connected my room to their closet close to 11pm. They had junkies lingering outside hotel and smelled like drugs when i would step outside. Never staying here again.

Never got the room we booked. Room was dirty no ice machine. tires were flat on suitcase carrier. Front desk did nothing to try to accomidate us properly. They just blamed you for sending us there.

2 lights didn’t work. Room smelled like smoke. So called breakfast was a packaged muffin and coffee. Elevator didn’t work. Carpets were filthy. No cup in bathroom. I would not recommend this place for even half the price. The front desk clerk however was very nice.

To be honest I didn't like anything. I know this is a pet friendly hotel but these people had a rottweiler and didn't pick up after they're dog and inside the dog was just barking and got some little ones scared, they were people smoking it smell a lot like smoke and I'm not a smoker I hate that smell that's why I got a smoke free room

Depressing

The lobby looks OK, but there are dings in the walls and baseboards throughout the rest of the hotel, and where attempts have been made to paint to cover them, those attempts were sloppy. The halls were gloomy and smelled funny. Fortunately, the room was acceptably clean. However, we had only one clothes hangar in the closet, which was kind of annoying. This was one more, however, than the number of either washcloths or shampoo we were provided with. It is possible that we could have gotten some if we had requested them at the front desk, but after having to go down to request dishes for the kitchen, I didn't feel like going down again. Perhaps the most depressing thing about this hotel, though, was the picture in the elevator of a cancer patient, where someone had scratched the word "toast" into the plastic covering the picture. For management not to have noticed or done anything about that confirms that they really just don't care about the condition or presentation of the hotel. Overall, not a completely awful stay, but not somewhere I will ever return to.
