We apologize if you found the breakfast disappointing, it is for this reason that we keep coupons behind the desk for the restaurant next door for those who want a hot breakfast, while not included in the price of a room we believe it is still a good value considering the price of a hotel in the area with a hot breakfast significantly exceeds the price of a night with us and purchasing a breakfast with our discount coupon.

AWESOME

The room was much better than I expected. The memory foam mattress had me to sleep in 5 min. Again awesome. Super clean facility.Our room even had a large leather recliner.Will I stop here again? I won't go to any other place! Super convenient access to the freeway, as was the Iron Skillet Diner next door. Downside was the poor internet connection. Overall, a real treat for the price. Definitely would recommend America's Best to anyone!!!!

just what you need

it's just what you need: excellent desk personnel -  especially damien - who goes above and beyond BEYOND to ensure that your stay will be as comfortable as it can get; good price for the room; easy access to & from I-5. adjusting and adapting to the hot water consistency varies from room to room, but overall it does get hot. it is just what you need.

I'm a repeat customer

Conveniently located in Phoenix,OR, right off I-5, nearby to Jacksonville, Ashland & Medford. The rooms are clean, spacious & well appointed. The bed was comfortable & there's also a recliner & a flat-screen tv. The breakfast room was also well-attended. Coffee was hot, milk was cold & there was fresh fruit, juice, cereal & toast /muffins available, along with doughnuts (choice of non-sugary cereal would be a plus...). This property also caters to RV's & there are laundry facilities available. There's also a pool & a jacuzzi. There's a truck yard close-by, but wasn't really a bother. The staff was friendly & the cost very reasonable in today's market.
