Air conditioner was extremely noisy. Ice machines did not work had to go to the front desk to get ice. Breakfast was like a conference room. Instead of waffle iron they were premade and put in a warmer and were soggy.

Everything about the property is just awesome, but if you can make a reservation at the restaurant on the 2nd floor Bonsai it will not disappoint. Awesome food awesome staff Everything looks and tastes delicious
