1. Tricksters. You book a Seaview room (which should face the beach, but they'll put you into a cheaper room overlooking walking street with a partial Seaview. ) 2. Except for a couple of them, the front desk staff all are scowling and unfriendly. 3. No concierge, bell boy - no one to help 4. If they change your room they want you to go down, give them the room key, housekeeping will check the room, then they'll give you the new room key - all without any help from them. 5. The music from the street below is so loud UNTIL 4 AM, the room walls reverberate from the sound, all the way to the top floor.

The staff is very well behaved, and supportive. They gave me 2 hour early check in without charge because I arrived early, and let me leave my bag there after while I was out shopping for a bit. Very reasonable and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!

I love the staff at the hotel, they are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year. I am planning 2 more trips this year and plan on staying with them the next 2 trips.
