Terrible hotel

Room type was not what we requested. Toilet seat was broken. Mattress was bad. Light on bathroom mirror was out, furniture in room (desk) and lobby looked worn. Included breakfast wasn't with it. Doesn't look nearly as nice as photos shown. Hotel was on a street with a lot of graffiti and rough looking crowd. I will say, it's conveniently located to the louvre and the Metro station.
