I fell in the shower because it was so slippery. Then later my husband slipped and fell in the shower. I’m thankful we are not elderly

The front desk girl at check in was unprofessional. First room was not ocean view like I had reserved. Second room the ceiling was dripping on the bed and floor. Third room the toilet wouldn’t even flush a little toilet paper. Sand all over the floor. Beds were great and nice pillows. Definitely not Wyndham quality. Would never return.

Dirty room without even a bar of soap. The wall A/C cooled well but was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The wooden floor was absolutely filthy and left your socks black. There were roaches that people had stepped on and were still laying on the floor. I had to ask 4 times in two days for a bar of soap. Finally got one at the end of the second day. There was no daily maid service, not even to make the bed. I have to think long and hard before ever staying in another Wyndham property. Pictures available!
