The view is the best thing about this property. Everything else was disappointing. For the amount of money you pay to stay here there should be someone available to assist. At check in we could not receive our wristbands (which you needed to be at the pool). The girl said the person who hands those out left for the day and we could call security to get maybe get some and our parking pass. Once called the guy had me come all the way back to the lobby and was rude. We arrived at 7pm but somehow I was the issue. One bathroom did not work our entire stay. The drain did not work from day one so everyone had to use the master bathroom. We called a few times and had to leave a voicemail and we never received a call back. There was no soap, no dish cleaning fluid, no broom. They supply you with a few rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Not sure how we were supposed to clean anything. Elevators were congested. The parking garage is a joke (good luck finding a spot) and don’t forget, after all the money you spend to stay here, you also have to pay an additional $20 for a parking pass in addition to the ridiculous $290 resort fee I paid (and for what???).

We at Emerald View Resorts only rent certain units on the property. The Condo Owners Association has a management company on site that is 2 provide parking permits and armbands. Security is also the back up for their concierge desk. It is hard to address other issues inside the unit without a name so it is unfortunate that we can not address these issues.

Pros: I loved the condo - just as described as far as the inside.
Great condo, but in Tower 2 (across the street from the beach). Did not know this prior to arrival. For future reference, the Travelocity & Grand Panama need to communicate which tower the condo is in. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known this prior to booking it.

Never again

Parking was terrible, some of the staff was rude. I have stayed in condos all my life and this was the worst experience. The parking was horrendous, pay that much money and you have to park in a insecure gravel lot down the street with no security. Very unsafe

No King Bed, No Beachfront, No Parking!!!

Pros: Not much
Cons: Better staff, better parking, better furniture and carpet, clean the dirty utensils before putting them back and make sure previous occupant did too.
Location: The beach
Room was not as advertised or represented, charges were said to be included but front desk tried to add a charges and fees. Parking was insufficient , service of staff was of no help with parking , wrong room location , wrong room, luggage trolley etc.

Quick Weekend getaway

Condo super nice. Nice lay out and good amenities. Master bathroom amazing. Spare bedroom could have used a better mattress but not unbareable. Convient and close to activities and beach.

Awesome place!!!

The room was top quality, front desk receptionist was the fly on the soup with some what of a bad attititude but passed that great resort!!
