i apologize that the ice machine was not working for your stay however we do have multiple machines on site thank you very much for your feedback we will be sure to work on it as soon as possible in order to prevent this issue

Hi Jeffrey,Thank you for staying with us and thank you for the 4 out of 5!! Hopefully, we can turn that into a 5 out of 5 on your next visit!We definitely try to monitor the door batteries but it looks like this one got away from us. Our sincerest apologies and assurance we will improve in this area.

David, I would like thank you for taking time out of your schedule to provide us feedback on your last stay with us. We have listened what you and others have said about the outdatedness of this property. That being said, we are about to embark on a complete renovation of the entire hotel. It saddens me to know that your stay was not to your liking. I hope you will give us another try in the near future, so that you can see first hand the amazing transformation that will take place.
