"Great suites and restaurant selections!"
We got a beautiful suite with a mountain view. You really don't need to leave the casino for much, since they have great restaurants, bars, and gaming all in one place. Saturday night was crazy busy. It was hard to find a seat at the slot machines! I felt the room was a little expensive, but the amenities made it more worth it.

"A nice place to stay"
Rooms were normal size but very clean. Nice the rooms were seperate from the casino area so you don't get the smoke and noise. The resort itself is located on the backside of Indio and is a drive to palm springs but the freeway is close to the hotel. Would have been nice if they offered free Internet as part of the resort fee they add on. Overall a nice experience.

Miracle Manor Spa Retreat

"Affordable Five Star Service and Miracle Waters!"
Like most of you I spent time researching our trip to Desert Hot Springs and carefully studied the traveler reviews of the top properties there. My partner and I selected Miracle Manor B&B because of the high rankings and terrific guest reviews. After a relaxing weekend in this trendy little hideaway we must say that this place lives up to its reputation and then some! The Innkeeper "Kristina" is warm, welcoming and very attentive to the guests needs. The breakfast display and wide assortment of fresh & healthy goodies she prepares are a beautiful way to start the day! The rooms are spotless, the pools clean and inviting, and the spa services to die for! At night the sunset views and distant mountains are the perfect backdrop to sit by the pools and enjoy a quiet evening of self indulgence. WE highly reccommend Miracle Manor and want to say a big thank you to Kristina for making our weekend a memorable and special one! We will be back.

"The hotel was not upscale at all but was comfortable for us and our 2 small kids."
The hotel was fine for our needs. The kids pool was nice but the gate didn't close automatically which was a concern for us.

"Great value, good location, spacious rooms"
We were warmly welcomed by Cyndi and Nick at the front desk. They were very accommodating since we had the rest of our kids coming the following day they secured a room close to ours, and had a crib ready for them when they came. The rooms are huge, big enough for a family to cook a nice meal, do a puzzle, play games, and it's a really close walk onto the main drag in Palm Springs. A couple upgrades to the rooms would be nice, like a better tv and dvd player.

"An excellent experience!"
I just got back from Palm Springs, and enjoyed a fantastic week's stay at the Hyatt! The hotel is beautifully designed--very modern and elegant, and during my stay, work was still being done to promote that. Attention to detail was quite impressive, and the staff really worked hard to ensure that guests were attended to (answering questions, and giving recommendations for entertainment and activities). The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and I even asked about a microwave, and had one delivered within minutes! That was really a treat, as I didn't know we had that option :-) It is always nice when impressions stay with you, and I must mention that I received the best customer care from Esther ( I was lucky enough to be greeted by her upon check-in, and if you're lucky, you will too!) Such a vibrant presence, and just a model of patience and professional decorum even when faced with very daunting queues ( a true testament to this hotel's popularity!) She should be an Ambassador prototype for the Hospitality industry! Kudos to the Hyatt Palm Springs for putting their best at the front lines! This will definitely be my go-to destination whenever I get back to Palm Springs!

"Family Trip"
Stayed here for a night with my daughters for Mothers day. Clean rooms. Pretty large. Old decor- but it did its job. Shower was low pressure but it was fine. If you are looking to stay with girlfriends or Partner- dont stay here there were a lot of families- which worked for me on this weekend. But not for singles or romatic get away. Nice views. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Pretty big hotel but seemed a little dead- Nothing much was going on. I thought they would at least have something going on for mothers day but the hotel seemed "dead" we ended up having brunch in down town PS instead. Overall good experience.
