The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early which made up for having to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The outside and lobby looked great. Our room was clean, but it is clear this room had not had any renovations. It was very quiet and the bed slept great. The a/c worked awesome and there was great pressure in the shower. It might be helpful to note that renovations are underway so it is not a surprise when some areas of the hotel look great and others are still older. A bigger sign near the Home Depot would be nice so it is easier to locate where to turn.

Thank you MaryThis building has 'good bones', great architecture, location-to-die-for and tons of upside. We bought it with the thought that with our brand of hospitality, and modern travelers like you, this hotel would become the star of Palm Coast.

The stay was decent . But there was alot of work that needs to be put into the room. The bathroom shower head fell off while taking a shower . Room lightening was all off. Some lights were bright, some super dull. The bed sheets were dirt and had a couple holes in them. Tv is very small . Carpet in the room was dirty. We didn’t get new towels or any room service. Very close to the highway and alot of common restaurants.
