We totally enjoy the staff at the hotel which were always willing to help with any questions or concerns on to get to certain points and places to eat. Only issue was we could see TV in English as it kept buffering.

Palermo Gem

The staff is outstanding and the front desk is fluent in English, This boutique hotel is clean comfortable and well situated in Palermo for shopping and restaurants.

The perfect location for my trip

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, helpful staff
Having booked sight unseen, I wasn't sure if the hotel would live up to the pictures. To my delight, it far exceeded my expectations. The staff is very helpful, and will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, a bus, taxi or subway is always close by. The rooms aren't as large as the typical American hotel, but the charm more than makes up for the extra seating area you give up. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely book again should I return to Buenos Aires.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Palermo - great hotel for a great price!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly professional staff
I loved this hotel. It is located in the Palermo district, walking distance from the main shopping/restaurant/market areas and a short cab ride to just about anywhere else in BA. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast area is perfect - just a great place. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires, whether for business or pleasure - they do a fantastic job!
