The hotel itself is great but the quality of the staff is poor. This is my 4th time staying at the hotel and it saddens me to see the quality and professionalism of the staff go down. Also if anyone from management reads this email please provide more than 1bottle of water per room. It goes against the brand you have built if you no longer take the extra steps in providing quality accommodations. On my next trip I will try a different hotel to see if standards elsewhere are higher.
