Nice, suburban hotel NW of Baltimore. Newer building. Solid breakfast included. All-day coffee. Indoor pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice decor in your room and common areas.

I brought a church group of youth and were saddened to find that on our 2nd floor there was a group of young adults who apparently were smoking weed - and we smelled it as soon as we exited the elevator. That same group was later gambling in the area in front of the elevators after midnight and left some trash on the floor. I understand front staff of the hotel can't be everywhere at one time but this was disconcerting. Also the room was comfortable and clean but not updated with USB ports for charging, only standard plugs. Breakfast was really enjoyable for the group and overall we had a nice overnight stay - just those few occurences.

We do sincerely apologize that you experienced this. We do not condone any of these behaviors. If you actually see any of these things being done, please know that you can contact the front desk and let us know and we will take care of it as soon as possible. As for smoking, it is not allowed on the premises and there is a nice fine for it, but unfortunately in Maryland it is legal. Sometimes guests do smoke outside and the scent travels with them indoors (as unpleasant as that may be). Maybe laws will be refined and it can be made such that it can't be used within a certain distance of a non-smoking facility. We will be updating to usb-port radios soon, but the distributors are unfortunately back-ordered. We are sorry that so many things happened during your stay. We are glad that you still enjoyed your stay, but we welcome the opportunity to better serve you again in the future.
