We do sincerely apologize that you experienced this. We do not condone any of these behaviors. If you actually see any of these things being done, please know that you can contact the front desk and let us know and we will take care of it as soon as possible. As for smoking, it is not allowed on the premises and there is a nice fine for it, but unfortunately in Maryland it is legal. Sometimes guests do smoke outside and the scent travels with them indoors (as unpleasant as that may be). Maybe laws will be refined and it can be made such that it can't be used within a certain distance of a non-smoking facility. We will be updating to usb-port radios soon, but the distributors are unfortunately back-ordered. We are sorry that so many things happened during your stay. We are glad that you still enjoyed your stay, but we welcome the opportunity to better serve you again in the future.
