Not worth the money. Can find cheaper places that will be the same quality room/ service. Not a good place to stay anymore. Very disappointed. Lacks cleanliness. Dirty showers and bathrooms. WiFi is horrible. TV had no signal. Staff is not friendly, most staff is very rude. Breakfast provided is not very good, only option for juice was orange juice which was disgusting and had a brown color to it. Coffee was limited, containers were empty and not refilled. Found someone else's garments in between the bed sheets. Phone and alarm clock not working. Have nothing good to say about the place this time. Not a good stay at all.

I have stayed here several times and it seems to be getting worse with time. Definitely not worth the price. Front desk staff is not very nice. Night shift staff is good and helpful but the day shift personnel is horrible. I placed call to hotel for information and the person that answered was not able to answer any of my questions and was very rude. Check-out employee was also very rude when I asked for my receipt. Her facial expressions and rolling her eyes were not very professional. She finally gave my receipt which was not the full receipt for the stay. The place is lacking cleanliness and needs some fixing. The shower head and handles had large amounts of grime. The shower overall was very dirty. The shower head was clogged, small amount of water was coming through. The bathroom in the pool area was very dirty was not usable due to this. Seemed like it had not been cleaned in days. The orange juice at breakfast was garbage. Not even sure it was orange juice, it was just disgusting, had a horrible taste and had a brownish color to it. This awful orange juice was served for all of my stay, no one bothered to acknowledge it and fix the problem not even when knowing that this was the only option for juice available. The Wifi was horrible, it would not stay connected for very long and when connected did not even work properly it was super slow. The TV also had connection problems as well, had no signal most of the time. Very disappointed.

There was no staff present to check in. The phone to call them was broken and so was the back up. The girl that checked me in was very pleasant. Upon entering my room it smelled like dirty socks and later discovered the toilet had not been properly cleaned. There was dark mold or something under the back of the rim-really gross! There were no wash rags in the room and i had to go ask for them. Also asked for an extra blanket. Was told they would bring it down once it was dry-no one ever appeared with one and my friend slept cold the entire night. We ran the fan to help with the dirty sock stink! The trash cans outside the entrance doors were overflowing and never emptied while i was there. I will say that the breakfast was well managed and hot. The containers were full when i went down there. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and soap were really nice smelling and luxurious. I just wish i could have been confident that the tub had been cleaned since clearly the toilet had not been! Sadly, i can not recommend this site for the above reasons.
