Ok stay for a quick Disney Weekend
We picked this hotel as it was close to Disney Springs. We arrived early so i figured our room wouldn't be available yet. No big deal. We were self parking but the hostess at check in failed to give me the gate code so after checking in and driving to the gate- we had to come back to the lobby to get. At check in they tried to upsell me on paying more for early check in. I didn't need it so i decined. By the time we finally got the gate code and parked- they called me anyway to tell me my room was ready. So clearly just trying to upsell me. Back inside a third time to the room. Nice room- however it took 5 minutes before shower water would get hot. Every day. The beds were too soft and not very comfortable and it was hard to keep it a consistent temp in the room. Either too cold or warm. We kept trying to adjust the thermostat and would wake up to 64 degrees in the room- even though set on 70. Bus service was free and you had to reserve times for going and return. Going to the parks was great. Coming back was always a disaster as it seemed too many people missed their time and just waited for next bus- they ONLY ran once an hour. We finally gave up and got a Lyft back. Pools and hot tubs were both way to cold to use outdoors. The major plus here is the walking distance to Disney Springs and that is why we booked it. It was a fair price but not anything remarkable.
