Great customer service we got there after a flight delay and the people they were really nice or able to assist us in properly put us in a room the hotel is clean very nice and after all the most important thing with the customer service experience that we received

I arrived very early in the morning from my flight and although I asked for an early check in, I didn’t receive an answer. Front desk agent did everything in her power to have a room for me. Grateful for that! Yvonne from the restaurant is EXCELLENT. Room was huge, clean and in perfect condition. Would stay again definitely !

I liked how the valet guy opened my Uber door for me waited for me to get in to close it. Front desk manager was super nice.Too many discrepancies in the room and I’m still disappointed in this $15 martini the lady asked for feedback I said I don’t taste lemon juice she said ok I’ll fix it and brought me another one when I only took two sips out the first drink so did you charge me for two? $30.84 for a dry quesadilla and $15 for a martini no one greeted me I had to acknowledge them on top of a dirty duvet and I didn’t even mention the pillowcases in the other review. It’s covid that’s like voluntary manslaughter leaving dirty linen in those rooms. Save your money I don’t do room attendants who perform shortcuts. I tipped the lady too so why double charge me for a martini you messed up on.

The hotel lobby was clean and the staff was helpful. I was not thrilled to pay for parking but understand why you’d need to.
