Someone tried hard to update this property, and almost did it. Food was good, facilities were okay.... Staff was rough. Couldn't find my breakfast voucher, wanted to fight with me about it, very interested in their phones, not very interested resolving the issue

I would never recommend this "resort" to anyone! So many reasons to be disappointed! It started with asking for pillows for the pull out sofa which my grand daughters were sleeping on. We were told "We are sorry, we have no pillows but can send up a blanket with a pillow case so you can stuff it and create your pillows"! What? Are you kidding me! And then the management would do nothing. The room appeared to be missing furniture and lamps. I called for that as well. I was told engineering would address, which they never did. So we had no lighting in what was supposed to be a living room with a couch that 2 people could set on and it was a piece of crap! The resort pool/waterslide was supposed to be heated but freezing! The breakfast I paid an additional $21 for each day was not better than what I get for free staying at any Marriot 3 tier hotel! So please think twice before you ever book this place! Money spent here was a waste. Oh and none of the staff that cleans speak any English. You would think if they could understand and speak words that pertain to their job. Like I need toliet paper, towels, tissue etc..instead I had to type those simple words into their phone translator. Very disappointed! And I rarely get to see my grand daughters because we only visit the area. Huge disappointment for them as well.

In addition to the parking and water park fee, there is a $200 hold on card. Will never stay again. Plus the water park wasn’t operational so why have guests pay for that fee.

The dresser drawers in the room do not close, the cabinet at the kitchenette area don't open, the only working elevator reeks of weed, there are no luggage carts available for any of the rooms not attached to the lobby, not enough chairs at the pools, can't get anyone on the phone for customer service or a call back when a message is left. Toddler play area at the pool is over run by older kids and no one working seems to care. The food in the marketplace is over priced the cost doesn't equal the value. The TVs in the room work when they want to. Extremely noisy area. No ice or vending machines in designated areas.
