The Hyatt Place Orlando/Universal has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host, who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar. A help-yourself case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours. Among complimentary amenities are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area; and hotel-wide wireless Internet access.
Pet Policy: For guest staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered.
