I like the fact the property was located on international drive, walking distance of restaurants, convenient stores and Them Parks. Front desk staff was customer service friendly. My room when I entered was very musty as wet mildew smell. I had to purchase Fabreeze, lysol and plug in freshner, for a nice inviting smell of comfort. The beds seem as the sheets and pillow cases were never changed (wrinkled) with an unpleasant odor (dirty). Good news is I had my own sheets, pillows and blanket. What i have learned about my stay. "Looking for bargains, will not always turn out to be as you expected."

The room was t clean. There were cockroaches. We killed about 20. When we checked in Ther was an additional charge of $18.

The biggest problem....my room was infested with roaches. Here's the rest. When you check in, they charge a $9 fee for booking withe travelocity. There also is a mandatory $100 damage deposit. I went to my first room and doorknob is broken. Bent and broken. It wouldn't let me in. Went downstairs and waited 15 min for staff to return. I was worried they would blame me for the door knob. He gives me a new room (no "whoops, sorry about that"). I go to my new room and it's infested with roaches. I go downstairs and he refuses to refund my room charge and tells me to call travelocity. I'm on hold now. Fingers crossed I get my money back.

The room had a stange smell. The bed sagged in the middle and yhe foot was higher than the head. Looed like a big banana.

The hotel is centrally located, inexpensive, and is clean and safe. Staff is attentive and polite, however, my first room was most likely not inspected before allowing guests. The shower hose was completely disconnected from the shower making it impossible to take a shower. This was remedied by switching my room. My major complaint was the inoperable lock. Each time I went to the room, I had to return to the front desk at least twice (sometimes three times) because the key would not open the door. Several times, an employee would have to accompany me (often I had to wait in the hall for up to 10 minutes) and he would also have a great deal of difficulty both with my key and with his master key. I have difficulty walking and this was a tremendous inconvenience.
