Unfortunately many hotels in the area were sold out; otherwise I would have demanded my money back. This hotel was disgusting and filthy. I went to get a cup of water from the kitchenette at 3:45am and found ROACHES all over the counter/stovetop! I packed my things and left. There was nobody at the front desk to speak to about it.
Check-in is 3pm. When I arrived, I was told there were no clean rooms because they only had one housekeeper. The person checking me in then informed me that I needed to pay a $100 deposit on the room even though I had already paid for the room in full. The woman who checked me in was very rude and unprofessional. The hotel has an overall stench of mildew.

On our way to this property, we received a call that we were being sent to the location 2 doors down - 5620 Major Blvd. Not a problem - they had a reservation for us. Check in was easy. The staff was nice. We went up to our floor and as we stepped off the elevator, we were hit by an awful smell - like nasty diapers! The room was nice, but had worn carpet. But there was NOTHING in the cupboards- no plates, pans, etc. We had to ask at the desk for it, but it was 2 plates, 1 bowl, 2 forks & spoons, no pan, no coffee maker as they had no coffee to go with it! I did bring my own pan, but only the smaller of the 2 units worked on the countertop cooktop. It worked for us, but it was NOT on of the nicer Extended Stay locations.

Found a roach in bathroom. Smells like cigarrete. Also we decided to stay here because of breakfast and found a letter that they are not serving breakfast anymore

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. (Except a hair dryer, no big deal) AC company was there this weekend to deep clean all units and sanitize. Overall good hotel.

Every time I went to front desk, nobody was there, I had ants in my room. The carpet is dirty and smell bad.
