I booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled heavily of smoke. I went back to the front desk and got a different, non-smoking room, and it still smelled like smoke upon entering the room.

The room was filthy. The carpet was dirty & it looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long time. There were roaches in the bathroom.

The area wasn't well lit. Beer bottles and trash on walkway and stairs. The door looked liked it was previously kicked in. You could feel the springs through the bed, the bed skirt was torn, The ceiling stained from water damage and flaking. The lamp, which had no bulb, and was pulled out of it's base. Broken molding and trim. The mini fridge was peeling

The door never locked from the outside. Even though we complained nothing was done. Anyone could open it We could only lock it from the inside. Anytime we went anywhere we had to remove all our belongings from the room. Also toilet so low had to have help getting off it.

Numerous building code violations. Bathroom has black mold growing on tile over bathtub. Pool gates didn’t self close, locks broke. Fire extinguishers were missing. Ice machine does not work-no ice.. bad odor in room. Ac unit never shuts off. Don’t count on free breakfast because all the long term guests ate everything and once it’s gone, no replacements.
