"Fabulous Resort"
Fabulous resort close to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of I-Drive. Facilities were fabulous. Room was amazing. Justin, the evening bellhop and all around helps with everything guy was wonderful. Our 10 year old son loved talking to him and he gave wonderful insight into the local flavor. The Cabana bar staff was excellent as well. We are Floridians who are visiting Orlando to just get away for the weekend. We felt well taken care of at this Resort.

"Wonderful location, clean, trendy"
The area alone would make me want to stay here again. Within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants, a Starbucks (!), a park and a gorgeous lake. the hotel room was fairly small and the bathroom was extremely small but we weren't in the room very much so that was fine. The front desk associates were very friendly and our room was clean. We stayed during the week so the hotel wasn't very busy and we had the hot tub to ourselves. Our room had a nice balcony (the only thing separating our balcony from the one next to us was a curtain but that room didn't appear to be occupied). They have artwork hanging throughout the hotel that you can buy (we bought a piece at check out) which is a nice touch. One of the only negatives is that it seems at night, there is only one person working and they handle the front desk as well as helping guests with luggage and other duties so we had to wait outside until the desk clerk finished with another guest to let us in and assist us. We had to call a number posted on the front door of the hotel letting them know we were trying to get inside the hotel which was a slight inconvenience because we were literally standing outside with all of our luggage waiting for someone to u clock the door. The front desk is only open from 8am-midnight. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
