Great hotel, great price!

Stayed overnight last weekend.  Nice hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Restaurant staff were very friendly and provided great service.  5 minutes to the Premium Outlets. Will recommend & definitely will be back!

location of hotel was very ideal.my only concern was the shower,for a hotel of such standard i was expecting a much more cleaner bathroom.there were strands of hair all over the walls of the shower.for the 3night stay it was never cleaned till we checked out of the hotel.

noisy, dirty, under construction

terrible hotel, dirty, sheets were dirty, vomit on a coverlet, smoky room, extra charges, under construction, everything closed...FO Get About It!

Ruined Disney Trip & Ewwww Vomit on Sheets

You have to pay valet, $10 per night, only one cart, one guy in addition to the "resort fee". Valet got car once in 3 days, waste of money. Upon check in there were air compressors and concrete chiseling noises in the lobby which scared my baby. These noises could be heard clear past the 7th floor all day and nothing on the page said the place was still under construction. The construction was next to the game room, the gym, all Closed, and the restaurants, CLOSED 90% of the time. Bar looked open yet if you wanted a drink, there would be construction noise. Pool was not heated at all so I couldn't put the baby in at 60degrees. The 1st room checked in had a smell of vomit. Upon playing peekaboo with baby lifted blanked and there was the VOMIT. All over the cover, to the carpet! Hotel Mgr, moved up to the next door room. This room the ceiling paint was peeling off, smelled of cigerettes strongly, mildew, dirty walls, dirty floors, and hair on the sheets. Ruined trip, no relaxation here. Definitely NOT A RESORT. Embarrassment of a hotel to be at Downtown Disney. If I didnt have all the baby/kids stuff I would have moved to another hotel. 2 days of Yucky. We left at 3am on the 2nd day because no one could sleep due to the smells in the room, including an exhausted 9 month old.

i am sorry to hear about the stay you had during you vacation but i am sure you are confusing us with another hotel because we are not under construction and we have not been under one. also out restaurant is open for breakfast from 7am till 11am and dinner from 5pm till 10pm. i would like the opportunity to discuss it more with you over the phone or email. Good hotel, great location, friendly staff  I will recommend to add more options to the breakfast buffet

Great stay

Had a wonderful Girls weekend. Hotel offered bus transportation to all Disney parks running every 30 minutes. Hotel is clean and in a great location close to downtown Disney and lots of shopping and restaurant. Loved the private balcony with every room.

Best Western at Downtown Disney

The busses to the Disney parks were on time at the hotel and the parks. The bus drivers were nice and helpful. The staff at the hotel was helpful in assisting us to set up transportation to Universal Studios. The hotel was clean and the people working were very friendly.

Great Beds!

I have a bad back and 10 hours a day walking at theme parks never help. The beds were wonderful and left me feeling refreshed every morning! The hotel was clean and staff was friendly!

Excellent location

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Excellent service in shuttle bus to the parks. Comfortable and spacious rooms.
