Great place.

Pros: We asked for and got a room high up overlooking Disney Spring so, even though we didn't have park tickets, we were able to see some of the fireworks.
Cons: The Downtown Disney shuttle doesn't start until 6 p.m. I would have liked to use it during the afternoon to save the driving/parking hassle.
We were only there overnight but everyone was remarkably pleasant from the front desk person to housekeeping to the breakfast buffet staff. Wonderful people.

Great Location

Pros: Convenient to parks and attractions
Location: Downtown Disney is a 10 minute walk away. Many restaurants in the opposite direction, also a very short walk away.
If you are visiting Disney World and need a hotel not directly on the property but convenient to all parks. This is a good buy. We were able to walk to Downtown Disney and complimentary shuttle to all the major parks. Hotel desk staff weren't very friendly upon check-in so I was a little concerned at first, but interactions throughout our stay improved. Rooms are comfortable and really, who stays in their room when visiting Disney:-) We would definitely choose this property again.

Convenient location and good rates

Pros: Great location within short walking distance to to Downtown Disney and other area attractions.
Location: Just a few short blocks from the shopping and dining area of Downtown Disney.
This was a last minute booking, so I was very pleased to be able to find such reasonable rates in a location so convenient to the WDW venues where I needed to be.

Nice Hotel, Really close to WDW and Universal.

Pros: I like the size and cleanliness of the room
Cons: Transportation to the parks.
Location: WDW and universal studios are all within 10 min away, and so is downtown disney.
I loved the hotel, I didnt get a chance to try the food or order any food. The room was a king size bed, and was a good size, probably bigger than I actually had expected. I Loved that there was free wifi that was by the way nice and super fast. I enjoyed that it was pretty much half way from WDW and Universal Studios or at least it felt like it. The staff was really nice and helpful, especially when they called in Taxis they were really fast about it. I ate at the breakfast buffet and that was nice too, typical buffet food and really nice employees. Over all the hotel is really nice, If there was free transportation to the resorts and hotels like at WDW then I would come back to this hotel.

Wonderful experience !!

My boyfriend of 5 years and I had a wonderful time staying at the Best Western. It was in the central of downtown disney and the room was enormous. We loved every minute and we look forward to returning this year!

Nice hotel forn its age

Had a nice view of lake and downtown disney. Could see epcot ball and fireworks if magic kingdom. I would definitly stay again.

heat and a/c controls poor

Pros: the lounge and restaurant was nice and good.
Cons: the swimming pool was old and in only fair shape, and the heating a/c system should be replace or repaired to work properly.
you cannot control the heat and a/c from the room thermostats. You can control one or the other and you have to call the front desk when you want to switch from heat to a/c or from a/c to heat. if the front desk clerk forgets to change from heat to a/c or back, then you don't have the right temp. or condition for comfort. the instructions on the wall next to the thermostat doesn't state that, it basically states to turn the thermostat on the desired temp. and the system will turn the heat/a/c on/off, but it does not work that way at all. we were only there 2 nights and both nights we had to sleep with our patio door wide open for comfortable temps., but that resulted in very loud noised coming from the road/s below.

The way our system is set up, if it is set to air it will only blow cool air. If it is set to heat it will only blow warm air. Great hotel, great price!

Stayed overnight last weekend.  Nice hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Restaurant staff were very friendly and provided great service.  5 minutes to the Premium Outlets. Will recommend & definitely will be back!

location of hotel was very ideal.my only concern was the shower,for a hotel of such standard i was expecting a much more cleaner bathroom.there were strands of hair all over the walls of the shower.for the 3night stay it was never cleaned till we checked out of the hotel.

noisy, dirty, under construction

terrible hotel, dirty, sheets were dirty, vomit on a coverlet, smoky room, extra charges, under construction, everything closed...FO Get About It!
