Easy check in with my dog. I had requested a room on the first floor, and the perfect location was waiting. Dog area outside is very clean and well kept, with disposal supplies and well lighted at night.

The check-in was easy. However, when we left the hotel at 9 pm we came back to a locked door. The locked door was not an issue in and of itself; the issue was the attitude of the night staff. The note on the door said to ring the buzzer to be let in as the door was locked. We rang the buzzer and the night staff came, let us in, and proceeded to tell us to use the side doors not that door even though the note on the door said to ring the buzzer to be let in. Also, when we arrived there was a homeless person hangin out front. He was was walking up to me until my husband and son got out of the car and then he promptly left. It was very unclear what he was going to do or say as changed his mind when he seen other males present. A little scared.

I assure you I'll address your comments with the proper staff. While homelessness is not a major issue in our area, on occasion we do find the need to address someone in that stage of life. We'll continue to be vigilant to keep all guests safe and secure.

Brandon at the front desk is an asset and should be treated as such. Friendly, and helpful. Overall this was a great hotel experience.
