I went to San Clemente with my grandson and the first thing I noticed was an extremity strong smell of bleach made us cough I opened the door for most of the night very strong Then that morning I wanted a cup of coffee and the creamer was old had gotten wet at some point - discussing No extra blankets??? I won’t go there again

The front desk staff was very helpful and quick. I appreciate that everyone was distancing and we a got a nice upgraded room. We come at least once a year, and this year saw a lot of upgrades

Place was great,the only thing that was upsetting was, I made reservations in Sept of 2015. On paper work it says no need to call, I called in Jan wasn't in system they said no problem, I called on Monday (arrival for Wed) , not in the system. They said the info hadn't been sent to their system. Kinda scary when traveling from another state. Might want to look into that,not sure who's end is at fault.

Great stay. I received a suit room. Everything was

Pros: They upgraded me for no reason, it is beautiful. Easy access from highway to!
Cons: Nothing
Location: On the way to San Diego!
Great overnight stay! Easy on and off highway. Recreation area was beautiful and clean!

San Clemente Disappointment

Pros: I liked the view.
Cons: I think the room could have been cleaner.
Location: The Inn is in a good location right off the freeway.
There was a set of dirty towels outside the door that I had to call to have someone pick up. There was also a spot on the carpet that made the carpet appear dirty. The room did not smell fresh.
