"Quaint, but small!"
We loved the nostalgia and ambiance of the hotel and the history oozes from the walls. Perfect location, but the standard rooms are small with poor wireless internet connection I would recommend this hotel due its location and price.

"Enjoyed my stay..."
I enjoyed my stay at the Pacific Inn very much. The building is older but the rooms have been nicely remodeled and are comfortable. The room rates were economical and the hotel was very clean and quiet. I stayed on the "Park Side" on the advise of a previous traveler and I would pass that along as well, I couldn't hear any PCH traffic. For me, the location was Ideal as my stay was all about Seal Beach so the proximity to the beach, pier, and all the shops and restaurants was ideal. While not on the beach, it was a very nice short walk. Pacific Inn was a nice place for me on a very pleasant weekend. If you're not wanting or expecting a state-of-the-art hotel then you'll enjoy its quaint atmosphere. Have fun!

"This is a must stay when in San Clemente."
When we arrived and met the owner Freda she made us feel like we were family. She gave us a big hug and welcomed us to her home. Her breakfast potatoes have won awards and when you taste them you will know why. She makes her own blend of herbs call "Herb Shebang" which she also sells and I would recommend you buy if you want to add that special zing to your potatoes. The location is in the best part of town with wonderful little shops and great restaurants. The night life in the area around the inn is the hot spot. The beach and pier are walking distance and the Inn is dog friendly. Indy is the resident Inn dog and she is a sweetheart. I have stayed there several times now and I still find things in her garden that I did not notice before. She has several comfortable outdoor areas where you can just sit and chill while drinking a glass of wine or a nice cold beer. We highly recommend that you stay at this Bed and Breakfast when visiting San Clemente. Every Sunday there is a farmers market just a few steps away from the Inn and the first Sunday of every month is a very nice art fair on the street with unusual and beautiful items to choose from. We plan to go several times a year!

"Nice Hotel For Price"
Nice Comfortable place. Kinda in the middle of nowhere if your not familiar with LA. Rooms were small, but bathrooms and TVs where nice. Nice Poole and friendly staff. Fitness Room was cool but could use more waits and better quality Machines. All in all, good value for the money.

"Honeymoon in Laguna"
Well 2 days before our arrival (on our wedding day) we were emailed from the hotel about the pool being closed during our stay. This was a huge bummer due to the fact that we love staying by the pool and we had a week of 85 degree weather. The hotel did offer another pool 2 blocks away at another hotel. HASSLE. It wouldnt be so bad if we werent charged 130$ per day for services like the pool, beach chairs, umbrellas and parking. This hotel seemed to only have 5-6 beach umbrellas for guests. Many times we told "sorry they are all gone". They should have stacks of those things. We had to use the beach all week which was great. No discount was offered. Also we had a great room and view BUT unfortunately right next to our room was a HUGE construction area that was never mentioned. Our room was on the main beach end of the hotel and right next to us was a large construction site for the new public bathrooms and life guard station. NOT very peaceful all week. Dump trucks, welding and banging from 7am-5pm. Wifi never worked but we never complained. Staff was great and really the best part other than the sunsets. GUESTS BEWARE of construction next to hotel. The hotel seems to leave this detail off of their website and is a huge eye sore.

"WOULD STAY AGAIN"
It wasn't the fanciest place in town and the room was small, but since we didn't spend too much time in the room it was OK. I have to say that the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. And the sound of the ocean was very soothing.
