Clean. Tidy. Felt safe. Comfy pillows and soft towels. Nice bed. Quiet - no freeway noise. Walkable to restaurants. Friendly staff.

Ladies Weekend

I had stayed here before in 2013. Had a very good experience so I decided to try it again and was not disappointed. The Staff was amazing. Since there were 4 people in the room I thought the beds were small (double beds instead of queensized). Overall, a good experience.

The room was large and roomy.

Friendly staff at check in. Also we had breakfast in the restraunt the next day. Food was good and the service experience was excellent. We had made reservations at another nearby hotel a week earlier for the next day. We both wished we could have stayed here for one more night. Nice short walk to nearby eateries.

Hotel was nice and clean, but...

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, across from ontario mills, near victoria gardens, nice and clean
Cons: indoor pool not heated, pillows are too soft
Our main concerns were finding a hotel with a refrigerator, microwave and an indoor pool since we have young children. We were pleased with our stay at another Hilton brand hotel that we booked a room at this hotel in Rancho Cucamonga to visit family. The staff was nice, but not nearly as courteous as the other hotel we stayed at. It was great to have complimentary wireless internet and parking. The hotel is located across the street from Ontario Mills and various restaurants. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my taste. My overall rating was fair because we were really disappointed that the pool was not heated even though on some of the hotel booking sites, it advertises that the pool is heated. I think this hotel is one of the few that have an indoor pool, but this will not be my first choice when I need to stay in this area.
