My stay was amazing. Every staff member was courteous, polite and go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. They also provided the option of hotel credits in exchange of foregoing having my room made as a step to be more eco friendly. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed for the season, it was something i was looking forward to.

The environment of the hotel is very good. They offer a very nice breakfast - buffet style or traditional Japanese style. There are many nice restaurants around the hotel for dinner. The hotel offers enough parking space. Various activities can be booked at the beach. However when booking these activities it’s slightly more expensive at the hotel than at a local shop.

The hotel staff service are perfect The room is upgraded, with stunning sea views (can’t complaint everyday woke up with this view) Location very convenient for family / someone who like to swim at the beach (just right outside the hotel) Public bath (with Onsen water) - enjoyable to soak it almost everyday, very relaxing and clean Hotel parking, total 7 days for 1,500 Yen (isn’t that bad) Only down side will be the breakfast waiting time, as occupancy become higher, we have waited 30mins at a morning to enjoy the breakfast

Better service needed
The property is well equipped and nice, room is comfortable, amenities are sufficient and high quality. However, we found hotel front desk staff were not helpful and did not show friendliness and willingness to help towards us, who could not speak Japanese. The difference in service and friendliness were obvious so we are very disappointed. To make it clear, we speak native English and were patient and nice throughout.
