Pretty disappointed by this stay over all. The hotel was run down with very little for amenities. Coffee in the lobby was watery. The first night I was there I went down to the lobby and asked for a paper bowl and a plastic spoon.....not a lot to ask for! The lady at the front desk was very curt and said they don't have that...the next morning at the breakfast spread what do I see.....spoons and paper bowls...and it was they same lady restocking those from the little cupboard 5 feet away...I was literally lied to over the expense or trouble of a paper bowl. The so called "Continental Breakfast" was dry oatmeal packets, Banana's, Capri Sun juice and tiny muffins. The room was dingy and not very clean. This place needs to step up its game....this felt like a $50 per night or hourly motel......zero effort. I will never be back

I wouldn't stay here if I were you . . .

Pros: Nothing at all!!
Cons: The attitude of your employees. Also the towels need to be larger and thicker.
Location: Visit family
We ended up staying there for 3 nights. We were visiting family, therefore were literally were only there to sleep. We stepped outside EVERY time to smoke. I'm sure if they looked at their cameras they would see all the times we walked past the front desk. Our room was just about next door. That's the only way out. We were charged $100 for supposedly smoking in our room. We left the window open the entire time we were there to try to get rid of the musty smell. We had too. When we got home one night from the room being closed off, we had to wait a couple of hours before the odor was tolerable enough to sleep. If we had been smoking in the room, you would have opened the door to smoke billowing out. You also would've seen smoke passing by your window in the wind. How dare you call 2 senior citizens liars. My boyfriend just happens to put his cigarette butts out and put them in his pockets. A bad habit I know but then he is keeping your grounds clean also. We go to our car to smoke. All we did in that room was throw the butts out of his pockets into the garbage can before we left. If there was ash then it was attached. We never opened the curtains either since we were on the ground floor. Another way the room would've stay smokey. This is an insult to our character. We will be making several trips to the area in the future and will NOT be staying here. FYI, if you do, bring your own towels. Theirs are oversized hand towels and you can barely dry off your arm, they are so thin.

Second hand smoke in a non smoking room

We let the front office know that cigarette smoke was coming in to our room through the bathroom ventilation, enough to see a smoky haze and they did NOTHING. I have never had so much 2nd hand smoke. We tried to get a room at another nearby hotel but it was full. It was also smelly from the paint fumes from remodeling. If you have asthma or any lung condition do not go there. We are still coughing two days later.
