There were no towels or face towels in room. I had to go get them myself at front desk. No ice machine on our floor, had to go to top floor for ice. The breakfast was none existent. The mattress was worn out, could feel the metal inner springs. No other rooms available there or at other hotels in the area.

I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting on a staff member to check me in. There was nobody around. There was hair on the bathroom floor. My children found a Marijuana vape pen on the microwave and the water was turned off about 800pm on Wednesday evening for an hour or so because they were working on the tank and then when 8 got up at 345 that morning to take a shower before my surgery the water was off again and was told that it would remain off until later that morning. I could not wait as i was scheduled to be at the hospital at 5am

Great hotel, poor staff

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Stayed there many times, great room, very clean, but staff was not very professional. One time the cleaning lady opened my door and walked in without knocking. Also the front desk, was not very friendly. I can understand since this is a new hotel, staff might not be fully trained.
