The room smells like it’s stale. If you’re reading the property details it says “pool”, it says “wifi”, it says “enhanced cleaning” it says “coffee tea maker” in room. It says so many things. None of which are true. They painted the walls but not the doors or frames; which are peeling and dirty. There are several places where there was a something mounted to the wall but just the mounts are left. No tissues in the tissue holder. One roll toilet paper. The shower head hasn’t been descaled in never. When I checked in, I purchased an extra night, that day came and the manager came to the door wanting to know when I was checking out. When I told him that I had purchased that extra night he responded with a dirty look and “I’ll check”. He never called or apologized. Not even for the lack of Wi-Fi. It’s a blatant lie what is posted on Travelocity.

The location was tucked away, close to shops the beach and the Casino. So quiet, wonderful.

What can I say other than stay away from this place! Area hotel is in a sketchy at best. Rooms are beyond small and there was old hair (Like shaving from a beard)in the sink upon check in. They only provided two towels in room, went to front office to get more they told me they only had one more (there was four of us). Next day went to get towels again and each towel had some sort of black mark on them, like they walked a car tire with them then washed the towel and gave to me. Also the quality of towel was horrible! So rough. I have never thought of myself as a hotel snob, but I quickly realized I do have a basic standard to expect and this didn't come close. Stay away and be safe!

The hotel was advertised as having breakfast. They did not. Also their pool was closed. The sheets on one of the beds was dirty. Extremely fustrating.

My reservation was for 2 rooms according to the email and site. I was charged for both. Hotel only had one so I had to Separately book another room and Will have to get a refund for the other. Room was okay. Shower didn’t drain properly. Lock didn’t work properly. By no means is the place fancy but we we didn’t have those expectations. It was decent enough and the stay was okay.

The hotel didn’t have enough shower towels. We were given 2 for 5 people. When we asked for more they said they only had a couple pool towels and those were terrible. Way overpriced for what you get.
