Nothing. The staff was rude , untrained, poor customer service and lack compassion.At about midnight I reported to the manager that the vent fan in the Bathroom was very noisy that prevent me from sleeping and request to change my room. The night manager told me that he would not change my room and gave me an option to refund my money. I could not believe it, Also my room has one large towel for my guest and I.

George, at the front desk, was super chatty and just straight up sweet, as were all the front desk staff. The room itself was very clean, we had a view of the bay, which was unexpected, and, at night, there were a ton of horseshoe crabs hanging out in the water. It was beautiful under the full moon.

Please was awful. Had many issues upon entering our room. Stains on bed, toilet didn’t work neither did the sink called for maintenance and they came once and never fixed the problem. Not to mention used eyelashes on our bed. Gross and unsanitary to say the least

The room was not clean there were candy wrappers on the floor red stains on the wall(I hope it wasn’t blood) the door was difficult to open and close…unlike normal hotels where the door automatically closes. The elevators are very tiny my family of 5 which included a toddler had a difficult time fitting in there. The best part about our stay was our view. I wish we had a balcony thought. For as much as you pay a night they need to renovate this hotel. Overall I would not stay here again. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Pictures online are very deceiving.
