Original room booked was put out of service. I was not notified and was put in a room nothing like my original reservation. They then moved me to a room with the right bed but there was no heat and some kind of large bug smashed on the ceiling. They did move me again to a room with the right bed and heat but we found leftover food items in the refrigerator. Staff was friendly, courteous and tried to make things right.
