I had a very comfortable stay. I’d seen reviews the pool area was loud so I asked to be away from the pool and the manager and desk clerk found me a perfect room away from all the action. I used the pool and hot tub and it was very nice. I was down for a baby shower and very happy with this hotel. Clean and nice room, nice property not near anything noisy. Near the mall but off down a side road where it’s quiet. I recommend.

Property driveway has massive potholes. Secondly the tub drain extremely slow. The windows are screwed shut so I can’t get fresh air. There was urine in the toilet and trash still in the trash can that I didn’t contribute to. I felt like I shared a room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking lot needs a lot of work, made parking difficult. Complementary breakfast would be nice. $15 for breakfast, we drove around the corner to the Breakfast Club for less $$ and more/better food. I cannot say enough about the staff they were great.

Needed to replace the refrigerator upon entering, it was 60 degrees in the room and after turning up the heat over the night to 81, it only got up to 71. Tub not cleaned

Clean room and nice size indoor pool and working elevators. Everything was OK. Bed a bit firmer than anticipated. Difficult time keeping the room temperature regulated. Can easily hear people talking in the hallways from inside the room which was a lot of and at times very loud. Wall paper peeling in the room as well. Decent enough for family stay just not for relaxing.
