The first room we stayed in the aircon didn’t work. I went and spoke with the staff and they gave us another room. However there was no room service as they are renovating, the renovation is not mentioned in the website. They have these signs that you can put on your door to opt to not have your room cleaned until you leave and you get a $10 voucher everyday for food and beverages for when you check out of the hotel, (which I thought was for any food or beverage), but you can only use them for the restaurant which they don’t tell you until you try to use them. The room was nice but a bit small. Staff were friendly but very hard to get a hold of via phone. When using the key for the door sometimes it didn’t work or took 4 - 5 times before it worked. I couldn’t connect my phone to the tv to watch movies and they had limited channels on what you could watch. The only way we were able to get dinner or lunch in the hotel was to Uber eats everything.
