THERE WAS A DEAD RAT IN OUR AIR CONDITIONING VENTS. MATINANCE FINALLY GOT IT OUT THE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT. WE STILL SMELLED IT, WE ALL GOT SICK, AND OUR 10 YEAR OLD WAS VERY SICK FROM THE SMELL. SHE STILL HAS A FEVER 2 DAYS LATER. BECAUSE, THEY WERE SOLD OUT WE COULDNT GET ANOTHER ROOM. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AT THIS RESORT...

The majority of the staff was outstanding and the facilities were great. On the negative side the hotel was undergoing renovations which I was not aware of before booking and the poolside bottle service was terrible.

Our stay was awesome. We couldn’t have asked for more nicer people. It started with super great valet service who comp our parking when they saw my husband was handicapped. And ended with great food at the restaurant for our final meal on the island.

Slipping from last year. Kula grill closed a couple days, some rust in the bath, slow drain in the sink, charged for parking and towels but returned towels and didnt have a car..total.miss greet at the point, we left after realizing it was packed and only 2 servers.....hoping it was an off week.

The view from the room was amazing! However, the room was a bit outdated. The bathroom door had chipped paint all over which should be fixed.
