Everything was good. The only bad thing was they ran out of parking cause there was a lot of big trucks.

Extremely loud music was being played at 2:30am for an hour from a group of motorcycles hanging out at a gas station across the road. Hotel staff did nothing about reporting to the police that it could be disturbing the customers at the hotel, until I made a formal complaint.

I sincerely apologize for the trouble that this caused for you to feel, as well as for the time that elapsed before law enforcement arrived to address the issues. I promise you that we would never want for any of our guests to be affected by excessive noise and that we'll work to be more proactive about recognizing these types of issues in the future.
