Cleanest hotel I’ve probably ever stayed in and I spend minimum $350 a night 4 star hotels in the beach that are absolutely filthy compared to this hotel!! 15 minutes from nice beaches also has a very nice clean pool and pool area with kiddie pool!!

We found the restaurant in the hotel closed for remodeling, the bathroom sink stopper fell apart and I had to fix it so we could drain the sink. The coffee maker didn't work and I called the front desk about it and they told me that when maintenance came in they would let them know but no one ever showed up and did anything about it. We had a balcony room which sounded good until we found we were on the back side of the hotel and we overlooked the roofs of the buildings across the alley and the alley. They have a 4 p.m. check in time and we got there early and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the back office while we walked around the mall across the street and hung out at a couple of the restaurants there until we could check in. The room was clean and we had a fridge and microwave and we were able to both to use. There was cable TV and the TV was a modern slim LED and worked good. There was coffee we could get in the lobby and we never even checked into what their grab and go breakfast was.

This hotel is not in a great area. Near busy (and noisy) intersection. Room was adequate, nothing outstanding but nothing really bad either. Bed was very comfortable and shower was good. This place was VERY expensive for what you get. Our stay on Friday night in mid-February was almost $300. I’ve stayed in Times Square at Christmas for $400 a night so this way high to me to be a couple of miles away from the ocean. We only stayed there because it was close to Barry University where we had an event,

What I like overall the hotel was very nice clean along with the staff just friendly. What didn't like was my microwave didn't work and was not plug in I have move from area where it was station and us a socket and it still didn't work cold food...I will visit it again I came down for a family event.
