Besides having a pretty lobby and cool decor there really wasn’t anything special about this property. The food was about as basic as you can get and not seasoned at all. The staff was not attentive and honestly rude at times. I asked for change one evening to tip the shuttle driver and the new employee said we don’t have change. I had already gotten change once but she didn’t even try to find some for me. The pool area and pool was so crowded there was no space to even relax. I ordered room service and not only was the flatbread overcooked but it tasted burnt. My grandsons chicken fingers were most likely frozen and bland. He’s not picky but didn’t like them at all. I tasted them and they were mostly breading. Will not be back and do not recommend especially considering the high reviews which must be fake.

Clean room, convenient location, quiet, friendly staff, quick response, unexpected charges, charged for liquor we didn’t drink in our room, didn’t reimburse us as promised. Said they would take the charge off our account but didn’t.
