You may think "Oh those people who have bad reviews just had bad luck." No. This is awful. Asked for non smoking but hit a wall of smoke the second we stepped in. 3 or 4 flies buzzing around. The TV does not work. It turns on not has no connection. There's no relief from the smoke as the windows do not open.. The door knob just came off the bathroom door.

The neighborhood is scary and very loud with people panhandling and approaching you when you try to enter you room since each room enters from the outside. They changed my reservation from non smoking to smoking and one of the two rooms from 2 queen to one king which was very inconvenient with 2 adults not dating nor related. And the front staff didn’t think anything was wrong with any of this. Unfortunately being from out of state and there for a graduation, we had no choice. Will never visit this motel again.

Brightest spot on the strip.

Stairs need fixing - subject to collapse. No breakfast. Coffee only. Very close to VALLEY FORGE PARK !

Definitely changed for the better

Pros: Free Internet
I stayed here a year or so ago and thought the place was pretty much of a dump, but being on a tight budget and since the motel was centrally located for what I needed to do, I decided to stay again. Everything had changed for the better, at least in the room I had. It was clean, attractive (though the rug makes the room look a bit too dark) and really a far cry from what it was before. The outside is still somewhat shabby, at least on the sides, where the rooms are, but hopefully they may brighten that up as well. Like most budget motels the internet isn't great but it will suffice, and the only breakfast I saw was free coffee, but that was fine with me.
