Upon arrival, I was informed that they could no longer honor my reservation due to “mechanical issues” and they had booked me a room at a “sister property.” The other property did not have suites, only basic hotel rooms. They also claimed to have tried to reach me, but no one had called my phone that day. Extremely unsatisfied that they could not accommodate me at the same property, or a nearby one with the same type of rooms.

There was blood splatter on my bathroom door. No one has addressed that yet. How disgusting to wake up to see some ones dried up blood in your room.

Great Stay

Everything was pleasing... somethings were missing from room like cups for drinking, something to catch the ice in the freezer from icemaker or even a ice bucket. Other than that overall I had a great stay

wonderful hotel, close to everything

My husband and I are senior citizens with issues and a very small dog. When we signed in the clerk changed our room to one on the first floor, near a door that gave us easy access to our car and the dog walking area. Most reviews don't mention pets (ours was very happy) or handicapped facilities. The staff went out of their way ti make sure we had everything we needed.They even changed a chair that was too low. seniors with issues know what i am talking about. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good, and we had a great time.Went to the beach, Cooked in , Ate out, Saw our kids and grandkids, Fabulous!

Stress free and pleasant stay

The mini kitchen had more amenities than my home! I loved having a dishwasher! The space was well maintained. Housekeeping staff very accommodating when asked for extra towels, bedding. Great having a laundry room to wash wet bathing suits and sandy clothing from the beach. Needs more space in the sitting area. When the pull-out sofa was open in our 2 bed suite, the sofa bed took up too much space. It was too close to the TV console so you could not walk around the sofa bed and you had to move the sofa bed to open and close the bedroom door. Overall great to have the sitting area and 2 TVs since we were traveling with 2 teenagers. Free breakfast was a $$ and time saver.
