Worst thing was calling front desk to see when checkout was since it was not on the door or on the informational key holder - it was 11am when I called and the front desk person said “11am, you have five minutes only”. In a very rude way. Combined with a continental breakfast that was picked through and underwhelming - no fruit, no yogurt, no healthy cereal, no bagels - I have no idea how this property received the high ratings on your site.

The getaway
The overall stay was ok 3/5. For cleanliness the room's sheets had small stain and not my hair on it. I requested new sheets from front desk and the new ones were without stain. The walls we thin for my room so i heard the traffic and neighbors most of the day and night. Thankfully it wasnt to disturbing. The workout equipment could use some maintenance as most squeaked. Most of the staff was pleasant.
