They have a swimming pool in which towels also provided. The temperature of our room was perfect and easily adjustable. Would stay again if needed.

The organization and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. However, I didn't anticipate that we'd be staying in a spilt-level floor in the basement. Parking and access were awkward and restrictive. Breakfast room is cramp. Toilets had too much flushing power and appear to explode when flushed.

Don't judge this Hotel by the exterior or foyer!!! The room was spacious, clean, had everything I needed for my stay, including a comfy bed, comfy pillows and a work desk & chair. Adequate number of towels were provided. Convenient location - literally across from the Casino - endless dining options within walking distance in Downtown Niagara Falls. Very nice free breakfast options provided. Will be back when visiting family. Very budget friendly as the resort/high end accommodations in the area are adding a charge of about $50.00 per day "resort fee" on top of the price of the room. This hotel does not charge this ridiculous fee! Also there is a person at the desk 24/7 & good lighting in the front of the building.
