The environment was good However, there was no microwave and no coffee machine in the room. I will strongly recommend these are essential, because not all guests can walk to cafeteria to have their coffee. At least a coffee maker can be provided, if extra cost is warranted.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t expecting luxury. The pool is small and the breakfast is only bagels, but overall it was worth the price I paid.

When we arrived and went to our room, it was obvious it had not been cleaned. Their were ring marks from cups and stickiness on the table between the beds. We had to take sanitizing wipes to clean it. The bathroom sink area the same. Their were stains on the sheet not sure if they were cleaned r not. We travel with our own sheet and pillowcases and throw sheet over the bed. The toilet was so disgusting. There were urine stains on the toilet seat. We called the front desk to clean it. There were 2 towels no washcloths and no hand towels and we were staying for 4 days. No microwave which was extremely disappointing as it was one of the amenities. The air conditioning didn't even cool the room. Breakfast was not good. Waffle maker not working, no apple juice entire time we were there, little store bought thing of little muffins, no yogurt or assortment of anything. Bananas were so over ripe and black. I have stayed at a lot of super 8's even since covid and never have I seen such a bad breakfast selection or area. The front desk: the only time we were able to get assistance was during the day when I believe it was the manager was there. He was super sweet and helpful. But, then you were lucky to find anyone around in the evening. The young man who checked us in was nice enough but disappeared for a long time. We stood one evening 20 minutes no one came to the desk. One evening we returned you would have thought it was abandoned not one soul around. Horrible!!

Hello Friends, I am very sorry to hear about your stay with us. With the Covid Pandemic we are limited on what we can do. The waffle is a casualty of Covid, at this time. If you care to provide your info I can find out what happened and where the issues are. I am sorry to hear about the lack of service - That I can address personally with my staff and the housekeeping. I wish you would let us know while you at the hotel so it could been addressed, so you could of enjoyed your stay. I am very sorry to hear that we did not meet our standards. We had no AC amd when the fan turned on it smelled like mold and mildew. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room didn't work. The toilet seat was hanging on by one side, dirty clothes left on bathroom floor from prior occupants, used soap in the bathroom. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the owner would be in the next morning. When i went down the next morning the staff told me the owner would not be in until the next day. I called Travelocity to cancel my reservations for the second night amd they spoke to the owner on the phone. I immediately went back downstairs to the staff and asked to speak to the owner. They told me he wasn't in. I said Travelocity just spoke to the owner. I asked the staff if he was the owner and he informed me that he was part owner. I asked him why he lied to me. He said he was only part owner and I would need to speak to the general manager. I spoke to the general manager and he was not aware of the problems we had and said he would check into this and get back to me.

The room was spacious. It had 2 big black & white photos of Niagara Falls. Our room was above the arch. I loved that! It felt private & special. It was higher than the 2nd floor. We went up some more stairs & there were 2 rooms up there. It was like we had a section nearly to ourselves! This room had a great view of the pool. The room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The bathroom was clean & well stocked. We enjoyed the provided breakfast.

When you’re in your mid 70’s with fairly heavy luggage and you’re booked on the 2nd floor it would be nice to have an elevator! Desk clerk offered “well it’s only 14 steps if that helps”! Breakfast ok but very small area. Only outside pool and it had lots of bugs in it. Our refrigerator had an odor so bad it stunk up the whole room. Needless to say, we couldn’t use it. Staff pleasant.
