Wonderful staff both at the front desk and the restaurant. We stayed in a 2 queen 1 pull out sofa suite. We are on the second floor and you can’t hear the highway! Beds are very comfortable. Room comes with coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Perfect for university tours! Brock is across the street.

I had a fully paid reservation, but when I arrived at 11.30 pm, my room is sold to someone else and I didn't get a room for the night. I had my wife and 2 kids wanting to go to sleep after very tiring day. They arranged for a similar hotel, but I had to drive another 20km passed midnight. Utterly disappointed

I love this hotel. Great location, the remodeling is in progress and the rooms that are done are really nice. The staff is fantastic, great service.

Pros: Rooms are clean and confortable, Staff is very courteous. Rates are reasonable. Hotel is family friendly Cons: Hotel is near a highway so nothing you can get in a walking distance. Breakfast vouchers are a joke, you feel as if you are on welfare while going to the restaurant. Coffee is not self served on the buffet. Also you get a bill from the waitress who also expects a tip for just showing you where the table is.

Nothing couldnt even stay there cause they didnt take my credit so we had to go back home aand didnt get a refund either
