Onsite management here is great, very responsive to guests and attentive to needs. For example, we had a maintenance issue that was resolved fast. Too bad Westin doesn’t support the local staff with better quality rooms, especially the beds which are quite uncomfortable. Cleaning could be better, but location is perfect. Convenient to food and transportation!
