A wine bar with communal tables links the rooms. Signature dishes include the DB Burger: ground sirloin with a center of wine-braised short ribs and foie gras on a toasted homemade parmesan bun. Dessert choices may include Mocha Japonaise with Toasted Almond Ice Cream, and Lemon Ginger Napoleon.
