We valeted our car for two nights. Mostly everything we did was in walking distance. Times square was a block away. We used taxis for anything else. It was a wonderful experience in NYC. The Hotel staff were more than accommodating. They were very friendly; they gave us advice on where certain places were that we were interested in. Would definitely stay there again.

I was so happy when they could make a last-minute reservation for me after arriving to my previous hotel, and finding out that they had canceled my reservation without informing me that they’re canceling the reservation

We enjoyed our time at the Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North. Staff was helpful and friendly even before we stepped foot on the property. I had to change some dates and everything was able to be moved around easily. The rooms (we had two) were both clean and ready for us immediately upon arrival. The air conditioner was working wonderfully keeping the room nice and cool. And the room was so quiet! I heard a toilet flush once… and it was my own. I really expected to hear every last little noise while in the “city that never sleeps” and it was nice not to. Staff was always super friendly whenever we saw them. When we checked out they kept our luggage while we went and had one last meal before our train left. They had a car ready and waiting for us when we finished our lunch to take us to the train station. We really enjoyed our visit to New York City and would absolutely stay with Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North again!

This hotel is in a perfect location. It is away from the chaos of Times Square but close enough to all of the action. I would definitely stay here again.
