Absolutely horrible. Flight got cancelled without any assistance later on. No accomodation, foodoucher, nothing was offered or provided. Never flying with Qatar airways again.

The hotel was difficult to reach by car. Not the fault of the hotel. The staff and shuttle driver were friendly and helpful. It is a good option for the the night before a morning flight from JFK, which is what we booked it for. JFK is a bit of a nightmare to negotiate. It is nice to have someone do that for you. Traffic to JFK is worse. It is also nice to have that behind you well before flight time. The hotel is practical. It is not and doesn't purport to be a luxury property.

Ended up taking a taxi to the property because no shuttle and no body answered the phone! Upon arrival I found the entire staff gathered in the dining room having a party! No one manning the front desk plus they just completely ignored me standing at the desk! All down with Best Western, Holiday Inn and Days Inn.
