Hotel Experience was EXCELLENT....

Pros: Everything
Cons: Bar Tenders could learn to make a good tasting Margarita... Way to Strong.,.. no lime taste.
Location: location was great.... close by everything we wanted to do and see. Chop House Steak House was outstanding.....
Everyone was very helpful and kind... Will and Michael were outstanding.... Very Helpful.

Hotel close to the French Quarter.

Michael at Front Desk was very accommodating, friendly and helpful! However, my perfume was stolen from my room and my wallet was gone through. So afraid my identity is stolen. Was offered $140.00. This amount is not worth my time missed from work to call Q &C Hotel and Travelocity to get this taken care of and resolved! Not satisfied or happy!

Convenient, clean and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed at the Q & C during Jazz Fest, and give it a definite thumbs up. Besides being convenient to a number of good restaurants and bars -- and to the French Quarter -- the staff was fantastic, our room was clean and the bar area was a lot of fun. It is a charming place, and it worked great for us also because of its close proximity to the Jazz Fest shuttles. This isn't necessarily a complaint, but just a fact: the rooms are small and very close to one another. But I don't know many people that go to New Orleans to hang out in their hotel room. It served its purpose extremely well. The bottom line for us is that we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
